I also recorded it in mono for two reasons:
because a record released in mono must be reissued in mono and because I love the monaural sound and, above all, I do whatever the fuck I want with my vinyls ...
Enjoy!

EVEN THOUGH I DO HAVE THE STEREO CD VERSION, THE MONO VERSION IS OUTSTANDING!!!!!
ResponderExcluir(Reminds me the times when i was kid listening to mono 45s from jukeboxes!)
I'm very happy to read this comment! Cheers!
ExcluirHa ha ha, love your comment! Also I agree with you. Someone on OldrockerBR once said to me 'why don't you rip vinyl to 24 bit because it may be better' I didn't respond to them, can't be bothered. It's interesting how people who never share anything start taking people to task about their efforts and I understand everybody has an opinion about vinyl. so, the people who post c.d rips why don't they rip them to 24 bit? Anyway, just do things the way you want and use whatever format you want as well. Thanks for the album RD.
ResponderExcluirI saw that comment too ... I do them at 16-48 because at the beginning I didn't have a sound card and I sent a wav to Frank (digger) for the setup and he wanted it that way. I have a new card that I can't get to work well with which I did some tests 24/192 and 24/96 but in my opinion they sound the same ... Cheers Hotroder!
ExcluirI reckon 24 bits sounds the same too!!
ResponderExcluirThe only thing I noticed is that with Audacity at 96 I see the defects better, while at 192 it enlarges them so much that you have a hard time understanding where it is ...
ExcluirHowever those formats shorten the life of computers.
