This album was reissued, in CD format, unofficially in Russia in 2002, can be found on Rutracker. It doesn't sound very unpleasant to me, there are much worse things around but, as you can see in the second image, the songs with the highest level seems to have been emphasized and then cut, as a barber would do ... the peaks.
