This breathtaking album was described as "the Bible for fans of progressive and psychedelic."
I know one thing, psychedelic rock already discovered for himself in the mid-90s Among the unusual discoveries, to which I came, was a group album Pussy - Pussy Plays.
Formation Pussy (cat or ...) is always a mystery, It Seems That its members come from the band since the mid-60s, called The Creepers. This album has a bit more psychedelic progressive with a good change of pace, and the where many instruments can be heard Throughout the album, highlighting Hammond Accompanied by great guitar riffs.
Oh yeah....This Album knocked me on my knees, and so it is to today, whenever I listen to it totally  pressed me in the armchair

One of the best psycho-progressive albums of all time to remember late '60s UK with has a psychedelic and freaky, fuzz n 'wah-wah guitar with swirling keyboards and a classic '60s production loaded with all of The effects of the studio era. Pussy's Plays is also undoubtedly one of the obscure and beautiful bridge. Their line up has always been a mystery As They Never Revealed Their identity. This band was originally known as Fortes Mentum. Their album is one of the very best of the British progressive rock ultra-rarities. A five-piece band, complete personnel Whose Remain unknown. The album's a real gem.
The album was released in 1969 by a tiny Morgan Blue Town label and it probably meant that this excellent LP was lost in the market. Today, this album is considered one of the most important achievements of British psychedelia already bearing the distinct features of the new progressive rock. Music from start to finish is amazing, inspiring, cleverly designed, and at the same time (which in those days was actually the norm) to the melodic pain. Active catchy at first hearing, and as for me, since it is difficult to separate sounds contained here.
For 'Pussy Plays' quite unusual mood prevails. Mostly quite bleak. I love these sounds melt Hammond organs. Guitar is the first attempt - once the game gently, mysteriously, sometimes rapidly, almost ominously.
Best is longer even open the CD 'Come Back June ". Seemingly simple, dynamic psychedelic song, but the indescribable saturated dark element. Additionally, the team operates perfectly vocal group, which is useful for some additional light compositions. An important role is also played piano, which gives a tone almost funereal 'Tragedy In F Minor'.
Built on guitar and organ sounds 'We Built The Sun' seduces the listener with an ominous aura pogrywających assisted through boiler drums in the background and slightly unreal vocal group. Geez, if this music was happening. Real psychedelic sky, and a veritable mosaic of diverse ideas. 'Comets' is, in turn, distorted sounds on the background of strong psychedelic instrumental backing. Veritable extreme. In a few moments, you hear some echoes of classical music. The whole while, even for a moment not lost a rock verve. How many in this music is a feeling hard to describe - you have to listen.
A great culmination of the third disc is an instrumental composition 'GEAB'. Another portion of the dialogue distorted guitar with wah-wah and backed by Hammond organowów appearing occasionally strong piano chords. In the introduction, the party introduced the transverse flute.
My absolute number one is' The Open Ground ". An absolute revelation in the spirit of early Soft Machine (Kevin Ayers of the composition) and Pink Floyd from Barrett Sydem. Verse declamation serious voice in the background free guitar sounds of wah-wah and dynamic, catchy, sung chorus and the inspired voice for a change of major short sharp guitar input. Seemingly simple, but brilliantly conceived and played.
I really am happy to discover such great titles. Pussy - Pussy Plays, is without a doubt the highest shelf.
Unfortunately the band never recorded nothing.
I would add that the sound engineer on board was a certain group of Pussy Mike Bobak, which few can associate with the board Bobak Jones Malone - Motherlight (also published by Morgan Blue Town). From what I know, this company was in some way connected with any other forgotten power, that is a group Red Dirt. Will the other hand, Malone, who probably had his share in the formation of plate Pussy (just guess), previously was associated with a group of The Orange Bicycle (they are mentioned on the cover of 'Pussy Plays'), and also recorded a solo album 'Will Malone'. But the real moment of glory came to him in years 80 and 90, when he was a producer and arranger groups such as Simple Minds, Massive Attack and The Verve and above all (which probably gave him the greatest fame among the more rock-oriented audience) Iron Maiden's debut.
