Como já mencionado em outros posts, o Omega é a banda de rock mais bem sucedida da Hungria, com uma discografia bastante vasta e cerca de 50 anos de carreira. Era a única banda, que durante o regime socialista, tinha permissão de fazer shows e gravar álbuns fora da Hungria. Esta gravação raríssima de excelente qualidade foi feita durante uma turnê da banda na Alemanha, país em que a banda era mais conhecida fora da Hungria por ter seus discos lançados pela Bacillus Records, selo dedicado a bandas progressivas. Curiosamente todas as músicas são cantadas em húngraro, numa época em que a banda já fazia álbuns em inglês e sem versões húngraras. Mas, enfim, esta é uma pérola recém-descoberta que merece ser apreciada por todos os fãs de progressivo.

As already mentioned in other posts, Omega is the most successful rock band from Hungary with a quite vaste discography and about 50 years of career. They were the only band, which during the socialist regime was allowed to tour and record albums outside Hungary. This very rare outstanding quality recording was made during a tour in Germany, country in which the band was more known outside Hungary for having their albums released by Bacillus Records, one of those progressive labels. Curiously all the songs are sung in Hungarian, by the time the band was already making albums in English without Hungarian variants. But, anyway, this is a recently discovered treasure which deserves to be appreciated by all progressive fans.

E aí, meu filho? Obrigado pelo post, ja está sendo devidamente baixado....Este geralmente coloco a frente dos outros para ouvir, ja viu,fã é fã! E ja sabe, se tiver mais desta bandinha de forró, joga aí que os "tios" agradecem. Agora rodando "Spartacus", não precisa nem dizer o nome da banda, certo? E antes teve "Fred".

De bootleg isso é só o que deu pra achar. De resto, só a discografia infinita deles mesmo. E baixe logo porque brevemente o Rapidshare vai deletar tudo e naturalmente eu vou trocar de servidor.

Ja esta gravado em CD, quando surgem CDS novos que me interessem, as vezes fico até as 2 da manhã p/completar o download, pelo temor que possa ser deletado antes de eu baixar. Hj a tarde vou ouvir este Omega. Se vc quiser em futuro jogar algum álbum oficial aqui,vai ser muito bom, porque eu estou tentando ter o máximo da banda em FLAC/WAVE, pois em MP3 ja tenho, mas quero um áudio de melhor qualidade. Porisso citei num coment anterior todos os que ja tenho. Por ex: o 200 years after last war só tenho em MP3, se vc tiver e quiser postar, ja viu...........a g r a d e ç o!!!!!

Thanks for this, I am actually really deep into Omega, more precisely their 70's output. To correct the statement about their Hungarian / English albums I have to say that their English language versions were always based on Hungarian ones. A bit confusingly, their first 4 albums on Bacillus Records, released between 1973-75, were distilled mostly out of Hungarian 4th, 5th and 6th album. After that they were releasing both versions simultaneously, since 7th Idörabló / Time Robber to X-th Az Arc / Working. It is possible to find full discography torrents on Pirate Bay. Thanks again for this very good sounding recording from 1975, earliest Omega live example to my knowledge, as their 1973 Ëlö album was fake live recording, released due to government censorship instead of studio version (which is out in complete form as "200 évvel az utolsó háború után" since 1998). And to be honest, even if I don't understand the language, their Hungarian versions are much better than English ones.
