A década de 80 parecia promissora para o Budgie, considerado uma das maiores influências do New Wave Of The British Metal, tão destacado na época, porém infelizmente não foi o que aconteceu de fato. Essa coletânea traz basicamente o que o Budgie deveria ter lançado após o álbum 'Deliver Us From Evil', uma vez que de fato a banda trabalhava em um novo álbum para ser lançado em 1983, mas após alguns meses de gravação, a RCA, o selo da banda na época, anunciou que não iria lançar mais nada feito pela banda. Mesmo sem gravadora, o Budgie chegou a gravar algumas outras músicas em 1984 e 1985, tais como são mostradas neste álbum, e a fazer shows até 1988, quando a banda se dissolveu pela primeira vez.

As músicas do que viria a ser o décimo primeiro álbum do Budgie são melhores do que as do 'Deliver Us From Evil', seguindo um pouco a linha do 'Power Supply', mas aderindo a vários elementos típicos dos anos 80.

The 1980s looked promissing for Budgie, considered one of the biggest influences of the New Wave Of The British Metal, so much successful at the time, however sadly they couldn't expect for too much. This compilation bascially shows what Budgie would have released after 'Deliver Us From Evil' album, once that they were working for a new album to be released in 1983. After some months of work, RCA, their record label, announced that they wouldn't release anything else by the band. Even without a record label, Budgie recorded other tracks in 1984 and 1985, as they are shown on this album, and kept gigging until 1988, when they disbanded for the first time.

The songs from what would have been Budgie's eleventh album are better than 'Deliver Us From Evil' ones, following a little bit 'Power Supply' tide, but adhering to many typical 80s elements.
